Chris graduated from Cambridge University with a first class degree in modern languages. He co-founded Mornington Capital, a real estate and hotel corporate finance advisory and investment business, in 1998, having spent the previous 12 years at investment banks Goldman Sachs and J P Morgan. He specialises in the property, hotel and leisure sectors, taking responsibility for major international financing projects.  Chris collaborates with Corbett Keeling primarily on hotel and travel sector transactions.

Milton is a retail sector specialist with extensive experience of completing transactions as principal, having been CEO at greetings card group Celebrations, retail director at furniture group Courts, retail/leisure director at NAAFI, and director of retail/food services at Woolworths. He combines this with advisory expertise, having worked for both Hawkpoint and SB Capital specialising in mergers, acquisitions and insolvencies. Milton focuses on the retail sector within Corbett Keeling’s Consumer team.

Having qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte, John has worked in corporate finance for over 25 years. He was a corporate finance director at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson where he had particular exposure to advising small and medium sized quoted companies. John has built up strong expertise in the consumer sector and is and has been a non-executive director of a number of consumer and retailing companies, including The Edinburgh Woollen Mill Group, a leading clothing retailer, Hawksmoor, the steak restaurant chain, JD Wetherspoon plc, the listed managed pub operator, and EAT the private equity backed sandwich retailer. John has advised Corbett Keeling’s Consumer clients for many years.

Rob has over 25 years experience working in the consumer sector having held senior director roles in sales, marketing and innovation.  After starting his career as a graduate at Whitbread Beer Co, Rob went on to work with major brands including Cow & Gate, Cathedral City and Yoplait before specialising in commercial management of large private label contracts at Dairy Crest and Greencore. Rob was one of the founding Directors of Adelie Foods and as Group Innovations and Marketing Director launched Urban Eat, which at c £140m pa is now the largest chilled food to go brand in the UK. In 2011, Rob founded the consultancy Visionise to help CEOs develop commercial growth solutions within the highly competitive Food and Drink Manufacturing sector. His clients include Carlsberg, Samworth Bros and Tulip along with many small to medium size FMCG enterprises. Rob heads up Corbett Keeling’s advisory services in the Consumer sector.

Iain is a consumer sector specialist with extensive experience working for large B2C and B2B multi-nationals in the Media, Information Technology and Travel & Leisure sectors in the UK, US and Continental Europe. His experience includes roles at American Express, as CEO of its Corporate Travel UK division, Hachette, as CEO of its UK Operating Company, and EMI, where he was responsible for European Supply Chain and International Manufacturing. Iain has also built up advisory expertise, having worked with a number of private equity firms on acquisitions and sales of businesses as well as chairing PE backed firms such as Reed & Mackay and Quest Ventures. Iain focuses on Travel & Leisure within Corbett Keeling’s Consumer team.
