Nick holds an MA in law from Cambridge University. He co-founded BlueHaven Capital Partners in 2010 having been CEO of Knight Frank’s investment management business where he grew assets under management to over £1 billion. During this period he established one of the largest pan-European property companies listed in London, as well as managing a portfolio of private UK property accounts and being Head of Financial Services. He previously spent 14 years at Morgan Grenfell in London and New York. Nick specialises in capital raising for asset backed transactions in the real estate, renewables and financial services sectors and collaborates with Corbett Keeling in these areas.

Mike Campbell is Corbett Keeling’s Engineering & Industrials Sector Adviser, and has 25 years’ experience working in and advising companies in this sector.

Mike is the Managing Director and founder of Campbell Ventures which provides hands-on interim management expertise to improve the performance and accelerate growth of client businesses in the engineering, industrial and related B2B service sectors. Campbell Ventures also assists Western companies to expand their operations in China by creating effective partnerships and JVs with Chinese companies. Mike has also advised many Chinese companies on M&A international expansion into Western countries.

Previously Mike held various senior interim CEO, COO and performance improvement/transformation positions at companies including: Heathrow Airport, Capita, Futuresource (international research company), B&M Longworth (a cleantech capital equipment manufacturer) and Precision Technologies Group (machine tool manufacturer). Prior to this, Mike was Managing Director of Ferranti Capital, advising on cross-border Chinese M&A deals in the engineering, industrials and technology sectors. Before joining Ferranti Mike was the Managing Director of an international management consultancy firm specialising in the electronic manufacturing sector.

Dr Peter Dixon graduated in chemistry, biochemistry and pharmacology from Cambridge University, where he also completed his PhD in molecular biology.  In 2000, he set up his own corporate development consultancy, Peroxident Ltd, where he has advised over 80 companies on M&A projects in the chemical/biotech industries. Prior to that he held senior management roles at ICI Bioproducts and Fine Chemicals, before becoming a Managing Director and Head of Chemical Industry M&A at ING Barings where he advised on numerous acquisitions, divestments and IPOs worldwide.  Peter is a member of Corbett Keeling’s Industrials team, in which he specialises on chemicals and biotech transactions.

Peter has over 30 years’ experience in the electricity industry and is a founding shareholder of Advanced Power AG, a company that develops, owns and manages power generation assets in Europe and North America. Prior to Advanced Power Peter was involved in various aspects of the power industry including the permitting, design, manufacturing, development, contracting and financing of power plants in a variety of jurisdictions including the UK. Peter has significant experience of many types of electricity generation and works with Corbett Keeling on transactions in the Energy sector.

John has more than three decades experience in investment banking and private equity and has been directly involved in transactions with an aggregate value of more than $7 billion. President and CEO of Allegiance Capital, Corbett Keeling’s corporate finance partner in Dallas, John specialises in the Energy sector and has extensive experience in advising on the sale of large oilfield services companies. He has won many industry accolades, including “Energy Deal of the Year”,“Top 50 Dealmakers of the Year” and Finalist for “Dealmaker of the Year”. Since 2012, he has been a  member of Dallas Business Journal’s “Who’s Who in Energy”. John is a member of Corbett Keeling’s Industrials team in which he focuses on the Energy sector.

Tony is CEO of Building Value Ltd, which is an independent advisory business with particular expertise in building, construction, real estate and support services. Prior to this, he enjoyed a portfolio career in investment banking and industry with directorships at a number of banks, including UBS, Morgan Stanley, ING and ABN AMRO and sabbaticals at Tarmac and AMEC plc. Tony is also a Non-Executive Director of Prosperity Minerals Holdings Ltd, SAS International Ltd, ikon Consultancy Ltd and an advisor to Experian Group plc. Tony is a member of Corbett Keeling’s Industrials team.

Geoff is an engineer with more than 20 years’ experience in operational and corporate finance roles. He worked for a number of manufacturing companies, including Wellman plc, EIS Group, TI Group and Smiths Group LLP, before joining Ernst & Young (E&Y). During his eleven years at E&Y he specialised in M&A, due diligence and advisory work with a broad spectrum of quoted and private equity backed businesses. Geoff is a member of Corbett Keeling’s Industrials team.
