Arishta
Client
Corbett Keeling is pleased to have advised Arishta on its acquisition of Care at Home Group Limited, a domiciliary care provider operating across the north west of England, including Cheshire, Warrington and Manchester.
The acquisition was funded through growth capital secured from Arishta's funding partner, Growth Lending, and marks another decisive step in its buy and build strategy to create a leading national healthcare platform spanning both residential and in-home care. It follows Arishta's acquisition of A & R Care Limited in July 2025.
Founded in 2025 by health-tech entrepreneur Kalpesh Shah, Arishta combines operational care expertise with technology to improve patient outcomes, continuity and efficiency across the care pathway.
Corbett Keeling advised Arishta throughout the transaction, including shaping the investment case, engaging and negotiating with its funding partner, and advising on the acquisition through to completion.
The transaction was led by Corporate Finance Director Harry Knight and Corporate Finance Associate Director Matthew Broadberry.
This latest acquisition strengthens Arishta's platform and supports its ambition to build a leading national provider of tech-enabled care, with further acquisitions and continued investment in an AI-powered operating platform.
Kalpesh Shah, Executive Chairman of Arishta, said:
“This marks an important step in the execution of Arishta’s buy-and-build strategy. Care at Home Group is a strong strategic fit and establishes our presence in the domiciliary care market alongside our residential and nursing care home platform. Our focus now is on disciplined integration, strengthening operations, and building a scalable platform that combines high-quality care delivery with technology. With the continued support of Corbett Keeling and Growth Lending, we are well positioned to maintain momentum and deliver on our ambition to build a leading, technology-enabled national healthcare provider.”
Matthew Broadberry, Corporate Finance Associate Director at Corbett Keeling, said:
"This transaction builds on the strong start Arishta has made as it becomes an integrated care provider with a national footprint. It has been a pleasure to advise Kalpesh and the Arishta team once again, and we look forward to supporting them as they continue to scale and build a leading, technology-enabled platform through further strategic acquisitions."
