Andrew Malcolm joins Corbett Keeling as Corporate Finance Director

As part of Corbett Keeling’s continued growth and success, we are delighted to announce that Andrew Malcolm has joined Corbett Keeling as a Director.
Andrew joins Corbett Keeling after seven years at FTSE100 marketing group WPP plc, where he gained extensive transaction experience advising on over 60 M&A deals across the globe.
His experience covers transaction management, sell-side and buy-side advisory, financial due diligence, financial modelling and valuations, with a particular focus on the media, marketing communications and consumer business sectors.
Prior to WPP, Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Deloitte’s consumer business practice where he worked on a variety of corporate finance deals.
