We had a great day celebrating M&A success with our client, QX Global Group at Lords Cricket, following the completion of their two deals. We advised QX Global Group on their acquisition of Chazey Partners alongside our US partner firm, J. Sloan & Co and advised on the fundraising for acquisition.  

Jim Keeling and Harry Knight who worked closely with QX Global Group on the two deals, headed to Lords for the England vs India One Day International cricket match, along with Chris Robinson, Frank Robinson and Pom Chakravarti of QX and Phil Searle, of Chazey Partners. The day also allowed for a celebratory toast over video for all those involved on the deals based in the US and India.
