# M&A celebrations with our client REAL Digital International

Covid put paid to the deal completion celebrations last year, so 12 months on, Jim Keeling and Harry Knight who worked on the transaction, enjoyed an afternoon celebrating REAL Digital International's M&A success. It was excellent to catch up with Barry Stephens and Chris Tagg and find out how the business is continuing to thrive since the completion of the deal. The restaurant also, somewhat obligingly, had a wine available called Jim Barry - much to Jim and Barry's amusement, so it was an obvious choice for the celebration.
