Prior to this, as Interim Managing Director, he prepared Duchamp, the luxury accessories and shirts brand, for sale. He was Managing Director of international menswear designer Ozwald Boateng, which included negotiating with LVMH, for Ozwald to be appointed as the menswear designer at Givenchy and, before that, of luxury country lifestyle brand Farlows Group.
Earlier in his career, David launched Nautica Europe, prepared Pringle of Scotland for sale by the Dawson Group, developed a manufacturing analysis for Burberry and held other senior, international roles with the Florida Group, Nigel French International (brand consultancy), Alfred Dunhill and Daks.
