Milton has more than 45 years’ experience in the retail sector and is widely regarded for his depth of expertise as a retail operator, turnaround specialist and adviser. His career spans ownership, senior operational leadership, corporate finance advisory, consultancy and private equity investment.

He has held CEO roles at Celebrations Group, Paperchase and GA Europe, and senior operational positions at a wide range of UK retail businesses including Burton Group, Woolworths, K Shoes, NAAFI, Courts, Bewise Group, Scholl and the Greeting Card Group.

Milton was a founding partner of Alteri Investors, a specialist private equity firm focused exclusively on the European retail sector. He later established Retail Realisations, which evolved into Modella Capital, a retail and consumer investment boutique whose portfolio has included Paperchase, Tie Rack, Windsor Shoes, WH Smith, Hobbycraft and The Original Factory Shop.

He currently serves as Chairman of Windsor Shoes and The Original Factory Shop and is known for his hands-on approach to supporting management teams through periods of challenge, change and growth.
