As a Corporate Finance Analyst at Corbett Keeling, Stan supports clients across the transaction process with detailed analysis and a thoughtful, practical approach.
Before joining the firm, Stan spent three years at PKF Littlejohn, where he completed his ACA qualification alongside his audit role. He led complex company audits and coordinated multiple internal and external stakeholders, working with a wide range of businesses – from AIM-listed companies with revenues of around £1bn to smaller, owner-managed firms across sectors including industrials, leisure and mining. He particularly valued working with founder-led businesses, drawn to the energy and openness that often comes with owner involvement.
During an internal secondment to PKF Littlejohn’s Transaction Services team, Stan supported smaller businesses as they prepared for significant change, giving him early exposure to the commercial and practical considerations behind transactions.
Stan holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol. Outside work, he has a strong interest in active pursuits, having competed for the GB Junior climbing team, trekked to Everest Base Camp and being a keen skier.
