Tracy Barwin Consumer – Direct to Consumer

Tracy has more than 20 years’ experience in senior roles across the full direct-to-consumer spectrum, covering brand management, retail, e-commerce, fulfilment, customer experience, shop-in-shop and concession operations, and market entry in complex regions such as China.

She is currently a strategic adviser to several global luxury fashion businesses and sits on multiple boards, providing insight on direct-to-consumer growth and strategy.

Tracy has also worked with private equity investors, representing shareholders in multi-million-pound sale negotiations, and brings IPO experience as a Non-Executive Director of a NASDAQ-listed company.

Her career includes leadership and advisory roles at brands such as Ganni, Perfect Moment, Hunter Boots, Uniqlo, Nike and Speedo. Known for combining strong commercial acumen with an instinct for brand integrity, Tracy has led and advised at the highest level across some of the world’s most recognised consumer names.
